Using Civil War research tools. Sources will be viewed to include service and pension records, regimental histories, the Official Records, diaries, newspapers, letter, pictures, Civil War and genealogical publications.

Brent Morgan specializes in military records research and lineage applications. He is Chair of Society Civil War Families of Ohio and Registrar, Sons of the American Revolution in Richmond. Member NGS, NEHGS, VGS, VHS, GRIVA, OGS and Mahoning and East Cuyahoga chapters. He is a NIGR graduate. He is vice-president of GRIVA.

The Dunn Loring Fire Station is located just 1.5 miles (toward Tysons Corner) from Thoreau School. Click here for a map and directions. This is a great facility, it is easy to find, and the parking is very convenient.
